Shipping policy

Order Processing: Orders placed on LumenvySkincare.com are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Expect an email to let you know your order is on the way with al necessary tracking information!  Once orders have been shipped, orders are unable to be canceled.

Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for  your order will be calculated and  displayed at checkout. 

Free Shipping:  Free regular ground shipping is offered on all orders over $75

International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at hello@lumenvyskincare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We  address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory  solution.
